The Whigham School will place graduate-level students on a campus as big as the world itself. They will travel to six continents and visit 40+ countries. While abroad, these future world changers will learn to speak four new languages: French, Spanish, Mandarin, and Arabic. During each regional residency, they will engage experientially with these cultures by learning their histories, politics, sociologies, and religions within the context where these ideas reside, where they were germinated, and where the events occurred.
To raise a new generation of global leaders to do substantial good in the world.
To fundamentally change how this next generation—and all others who they influence—sees itself, sees the world as a whole, and becomes active in doing substantial good in the world.
To be active in solving others’ and the world’s problems and be able to lead others to participate and/or do the same.

In 1490, Leonardo da Vinci first sketched The Vitruvian Man to represent the first-century B.C.E. architect Vitruvius’ notion that the proportion of the mature human form should be used to establish measures for architecture. The Whigham School champions the idea that The Tomorrow Leader Archetype™ should be used to measure the qualities of a future leader, where all people everywhere are best helped and where substantial good can be accomplished in our lifetime
Led by a diverse group of global educators, mentors, and professionals, our team is dedicated to shaping thinkers and leaders who understand the world from experience, not theory. Together, we make learning an adventure in discovery and impact.
Unlike any other graduate program, this degree is delivered entirely through immersive, in-region learning. Students spend 14-15 weeks in six regional residencies around the globe, combining rigorous academics with hands-on cultural experiences and leadership training.
